Farbik 918 will accept merchandise in its original unused condition for a store credit or exchange when accompanied by the original packaging and sales receipt within ten days from the date of delivery.
Any product with modifications or with a custom monogram are non-returnable, non-refundable, or non-exchangeable, and the order cannot be withdrawn or canceled for any reason. Gift cards are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please complete our Return Form. Once submitted, you will be receiving an Authorization Code that you must include inside the returned package within 1-3 business days with further instructions on how to proceed.
We cannot issue store credit or exchanges for items returned without an accompanying code and original tags.

All shipping, customs and insurance costs are non-refundable and are at the expense of the customer.
There is a 35 USD restocking fee for all returned bags and a 15 USD restocking fee for all returned small leather goods.
As soon as we have received the returned item and approved its conditions, we will issue you a store credit code by email which you can use for your next purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact hello@fabrik918.com within five business days of the date of delivery to request a replacement item. Fabrik 918 will undergo the necessary steps to deem the item defective or if it is the natural wear and tear of the product.
